Stephanie J. Cork, Ph.D.
Stephanie has over ten years of post-secondary teaching and currently runs Student Accessibility Services at Ontario Tech University. She is an internationally trained scholar with a bachelor’s and master’s in Sociology with a focus on sport, and a Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park in the School of Public Health. Stephanie also holds graduate certificates in English, Women’s Studies, and Pedagogy. Stephanie centers accessibility, flexibility, and compassion in all her work; and has been a vocal advocate for diversity, inclusion, equity, and disability justice. This has led to her role in co-creating and continuing to grow the Including Disability Global Summit and companion journal.
